Too often people think: “I can’t teach Yoga.” It’s too big, too complicated and too much to add to my already busy life. I'm here to tell you, you absolutely can – and you can learn how to do it in a matter of weeks.

That’s why I developed the 815Yoga School. So you can learn to speak the language of Yoga and get the tools you need to APPLY it to your life and the lives of others.

When you learn Yoga the right way, it can be easy, powerful and transformational. Why? Because it’s all about you FIRST!

In over 10 years of doing this work, I’ve watched people:

Fall back in love with their partners… heal chronic diseases… start their own businesses… develop closer relationships with their kids… and everything in between.

815Yoga School is a fully in-person, 200+ Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with extensive curriculum in Vedantic and Yoga philosophy that you won't find in other programs without spending a month or more living at traditional yoga ashrams.

It’s designed to help you quickly learn and absorb the ancient science and wisdom of Yoga and apply it to your life, relationships and career – without giving up your weekends, like most 200 Hour programs require.

The training consists of two 100 Hour Modules that build upon each other. The first is a yogic lifestyle retreat in Baja, Mexico where you'll be immersed in daily practices and begin to integrate the ancient wisdom of yoga into your everyday life - this part is all about YOU. The second is a teacher training course in Rockford at our brand new yoga center at Edgebrook - this part is where you'll learn how to share Yoga with others.

You'll be taught by a highly advanced team of instructors with more than 100 years of combined experience living at ashrams; learning from monks and Swamis; studying Vedantic philosophy, Ayurveda and Sanskrit; and traveling the world teaching Yoga.

With its progressive curriculum, master instructors, life-changing immersion retreat, and easy-to-manage home schedule, this training surpasses any other you'll find locally or online.

YOUR TEAM OF INSTRUCTORS

- Addie F.  (13 years old)
"This training was outstanding! It helped me to start transforming my life in a manageable way. Most people today often think that you can’t really start changing your life and growing your spirituality until you reach a certain age. But this training proved just the opposite. The things I have learned in this training are things that I will be implementing into my life, both inside and outside of the studio. I have noticed that after doing this training my heart has grown in compassion for others and for myself, which to me is one of the most powerful things I have taken away from this yoga teacher training."
- Jaime F.
"At one point in my training, I looked at Ally and asked, 'Is this really the same training that all 200-hour teachers receive? Because this training is so rooted in ancient yoga wisdoms and philosophy... It just seems so clear to me that this training stands apart from the trainings that other local teachers have received. Exercise is just the smallest portion of the Yoga picture!' This training has changed my entire perception of Yoga."
