Do you avoid using props out of fear you'll look bad at yoga? You know what we're talking about. The teacher says, "Use a block if you'd like to modify your pose," but you think, "No way, blocks are only for people who are [not flexible/not strong/not good at yoga/uncool]!" Well, we're here to prove you wrong! There is NO shame in using props. In addition to making advanced poses attainable, props can also make postures more intense if used *properly!* (See what we did there?) We'll show you ways to use those blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets to your advantage so you feel confident and empowered in every class. Perfect whether you're brand new to yoga looking for an introduction or more advanced looking to deepen your practice.
